No-Bake Vegan Brownie Bites: Recipe Video

You Might Like These ...

A no-bake raw & vegan recipe for brownie bites that uses only natural and healthy ingredients – walnuts, cashew nuts, dates, cocoa or cacao powder, and desiccated coconut.

You can create the magic within minutes with just these 5 ingredients and your food processor.

It’s a no-cooking and no-baking recipe whereby you just put everything in a food processor, run it for a couple of minutes, and the brownie dough is ready.

Walnuts, cashew nuts, and desiccated coconut go first. When those are coarsely powdered, add cocoa powder and rerun the food processor. When that gets mixed well, too, it is time for some pitted dates.

Switch on the food processor again and run it until you get a dough that can be shaped into little balls.

In the end, roll the balls in some desiccated coconut or some savory seeds of your choice. That is it; raw and vegan brownie bites are ready.

Cashew nuts can be replaced with peanuts, and/or I guess walnuts can be replaced with almonds. After all, we are using cocoa powder and dates for the color and the sweetness anyway, so why not experiment with the nuts?

This is a great raw dessert idea!

Cacao or Cocoa?

Cacao and cocoa are both chocolate but still are a little different. Please read this article for more info.
