Healthy Vegan Zucchini Brownies: Recipe Video

Zucchini is healthy, right? Now that is not even the best thing about brownies. It is the flavor, which is not strong at all. It is mildly sweet but mostly bland, which makes this fruit (yes, zucchini is technically a fruit) ideal for use in all kinds of recipes, including desserts.

Can we make brownies using zucchini? Yes, we can, and you will see the proof in this recipe video. It is a vegan recipe, meaning no eggs used, and is so simple that it almost immediately inspired me to try it.

The list of ingredients is small, and there is nothing hard to find. The dry ingredients are all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. The wet ingredients are grated zucchini, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract.

After mixing the dry and wet ingredients separately, we have to bring everything together and bake for 20 minutes at 175℃. The brownies can be optionally decorated with melted chocolate. That is it. Healthy vegan brownies are ready to enjoy.
